B1 Universal Ale Yeast
Bulldog B1 Universal Ale yeast is ideal for brewing beer styles where a hoppy or fruity flavour is desirable. This is a very robust and all-round ale yeast.
Dosage: 1 sachet (10g) for 20-25L (5.3 – 6.6 US Gallons)
Fermenting temperature: 18-23°C (64-73°F). Ideally 21°C (70°F).
Pitching: Sprinkle on top of wort.
Attenuation: 70-75%
Flocculation: Medium.

Storage recommendation: Store cool.
