Sufficient for 22.5 litres (5 gallons) / 30 Bottles.
This French strain is very vigorous but produces little foam. It is particularly good for red table wines, especially when a full-bodied wine is required. It is recommended for making wines from such autumn fruits as blackberries, elderberries and sloes. This yeast contains a “killer” factor, which may help discourage any sensitive wild strains.
For use with red or white wines.
